Dr. Georg Bednorz, 1987 Nobel Prize winner for Physics for the discovery of superconductivity at higher temperatures, visited NIMS to give a lecture and exchange scientific information on new memory device materials.
Dr. Bednorz gives a lecture on "Insulator-Metal Transition and Resistive Memory in Doped Perovskites."
